Ute Energy LLC was formed in 2005 by the Ute Indian Tribe to capitalize on the commercial rights to participate in the exploration and development of the Tribes mineral estate. Ute Energy is focused on oil and gas exploration and development, midstream and other facilities along side its reputable industry partners in Utah’s Uinta Basin. At the end of January 2008, Ute Energy is participating in the production associated with 95 wells. Ute Energy plans to participate in an additional 54 wells drilled in 2008.
